Grayson is Spark Power’s Executive Vice President, Renewables with over 10 years of experience in the renewables energy industry. He is responsible for overseeing Spark Power’s renewables business across North America, with a focus on building a safety-first and team-based culture, while leading the operations and business development strategy for wind and solar O&M, battery energy storage systems (BESS), electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure, and on-site solar.

Grayson joined Spark Power through the acquisition of One Wind in late-2019, where he served in several progressive roles, ultimately operating in the role of Vice President. He believes strongly in the economic and social benefits of renewable energy projects, and looks forward to playing a role in the growth and maturation of the industry.

Grayson holds an engineering degree from Dalhousie University and a certificate of applied science from Acadia University.
