Richard Perri

Richard is Spark Power’s Senior Vice President, Finance, with over 20 years of financial and leadership experience across various industries, including mergers and acquisitions. He oversees the organization’s financial reporting and accounting and has extensive experience in growth strategy development, along with finance, operations, and IT.  

 

Prior to joining Spark, Richard served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at ADP Canada, Senior Vice President & CFO at Ricoh Canada Inc., and Vice President, Finance, at Pitney Bowes Canada. He is a team-oriented leader, focused on operational excellence and execution, who strives to ensure consistent, high-quality financial services within Spark. Richard serves as Director on the Board of Excellence Canada and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto.

Eric is Spark Power’s Co-Founder & Chief Investment Officer with over 20 years of extensive experience with M&A, investment banking, and private equity deal structures. A strong leader, Eric focuses on driving an ownership and safety-first culture within the Company and leading acquisition transactions and their integration to accelerate Spark Power’s North American-wide expansion.

Cody Zaitsoff

Cody is Spark Power’s Executive Vice President, U.S. Technical Services with over 18 years of experience in the electrical services sector. An experienced leader with a background in field engineering and system design services, Cody is responsible for overseeing all Spark Power operations across the U.S. and in Canada from Manitoba west to British Columbia, and Canada’s North.

Tom Duncan

Tom is Spark Power’s Executive Vice President, Technical Services, Canada with over 25 years of leadership and management experience in industrial and energy services. Tom oversees the organization’s Canadian technical operations, sales, and branches, and always strives to ensure safe, high-quality service and solutions are delivered to help our customers in their own journey.

Grayson Swan

Grayson is Spark Power’s Executive Vice President, Renewables with over 10 years of experience in the renewables energy industry. Grayson is dedicated to the economic and social benefits of renewable energy projects, and responsible for overseeing Spark’s wind and solar operations and maintenance, battery energy storage systems (BESS), electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure, and on-site solar initiatives across North America.

Morgan Cowl

Morgan is Spark Power’s Vice President, Operations with over 25 years of experience in executive and project management, as well as operations, in the infrastructure, construction, engineering and energy sectors. He is responsible for overseeing Spark Power’s health & safety, supply chain, and engineering services.

Najlaa Rauf

Najlaa is Spark Power’s Vice President of People & Culture (Human Resources) with over 10 years of experience in employee engagement, human resources, and leadership development in non-profit, education and electrical contracting services. She is responsible for leading the organization in the areas of culture, and talent attraction, retention, and development.

Michael Mah

Michael is Spark Power’s Vice President of Information Technology with over 20 years of experience in technology leadership across many different industry sectors including energy and utilities, financial services, and real estate. He is responsible for leading Spark’s Information Technology and Systems team in the management and delivery of technology services for the organization.

Suha Jethalal

Suha is Spark Power’s Vice President, Sustainability and President of the organization’s sustainability division, Bullfrog Power. She brings deep expertise in strategy, product and brand management, social entrepreneurism, and sustainability.
