Tom is Spark Power’s Executive Vice President, Technical Services – Canada with over 25 years of leadership and management experience in industrial and energy services. Tom oversees the organization’s Canadian technical operations, sales and branches, always striving to ensure safe, high-quality service and solutions are delivered helping our customers in their own journey.

 

Tom has a wide range of experience in delivering high-performing products and services along with forward-thinking solutions for customers. In the past, Tom worked as Vice President, Central Region at Wajax and General Manager at both Superior Propane and Reliance Home Comfort. A customer-centric thought leader, Tom thrives on growing and strengthening organizations and their teams. He is comfortable in the office and in the field with a focus on using industry data and customer feedback to drive customer satisfaction. Tom holds an MBA from McMaster University.

Eric is Spark Power’s Co-Founder & Chief Investment Officer with over 20 years of extensive experience with M&A, investment banking, and private equity deal structures. A strong leader, Eric focuses on driving an ownership and safety-first culture within the Company and leading acquisition transactions and their integration to accelerate Spark Power’s North American-wide expansion.

Richard Perri

Richard is Spark Power’s Senior Vice President, Finance with over 20 years of financial and leadership experience across multiple industries. He oversees the organization’s financial accounting and strives to create a team-oriented environment that is thorough in addressing and reporting the Company’s financial operations.

Cody Zaitsoff

Cody is Spark Power’s Executive Vice President, U.S. Technical Services with over 18 years of experience in the electrical services sector. An experienced leader with a background in field engineering and system design services, Cody is responsible for overseeing all Spark Power operations across the U.S. and in Canada from Manitoba west to British Columbia, and Canada’s North.

Grayson Swan

Grayson is Spark Power’s Executive Vice President, Renewables with over 10 years of experience in the renewables energy industry. Grayson is dedicated to the economic and social benefits of renewable energy projects, and responsible for overseeing Spark’s wind and solar operations and maintenance, battery energy storage systems (BESS), electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure, and on-site solar initiatives across North America.

Morgan Cowl

Morgan is Spark Power’s Vice President, Operations with over 25 years of experience in executive and project management, as well as operations, in the infrastructure, construction, engineering and energy sectors. He is responsible for overseeing Spark Power’s health & safety, supply chain, and engineering services.

Najlaa Rauf

Najlaa is Spark Power’s Vice President of People & Culture (Human Resources) with over 10 years of experience in employee engagement, human resources, and leadership development in non-profit, education and electrical contracting services. She is responsible for leading the organization in the areas of culture, and talent attraction, retention, and development.

Michael Mah

Michael is Spark Power’s Vice President of Information Technology with over 20 years of experience in technology leadership across many different industry sectors including energy and utilities, financial services, and real estate. He is responsible for leading Spark’s Information Technology and Systems team in the management and delivery of technology services for the organization.

Suha Jethalal

Suha is Spark Power’s Vice President, Sustainability and President of the organization’s sustainability division, Bullfrog Power. She brings deep expertise in strategy, product and brand management, social entrepreneurism, and sustainability.
