History
Founded in 2001 in Edmonton, AB, Orbis Engineering delivers customized field engineering and system design services. What makes Orbis unique is theirĀ commitment to learning about your industry and engineering needs inside and out before developing a solution to meet your operational and budgetary requirements.Ā Orbis engineers can be found working in oil & gas, forestry, mining, utilities, and mining facilities throughout Western Canada.

Sibro technologies
Formed in 2015,Ā Sibro Technologies is a fabrication shop specializing in the manufacturing of custom industrial electrical panels for the utilities, oil and gas, mining, and forestry industries. Providing reliability and functionality upon installation, Sibro supports your project from conceptual design to energization.
The highly trained and specialized Sibro technicians understand and document the best possible procedures in wiring and fabrication. With the experience and resources to keep up with the latest industry standards and techniques; Sibro products are guaranteed to be the highest level of quality, and reliability
Located in Okotoks, Alberta, Sibroās 6,500 sq. ft facility offers full capabilities for fabrication and testing of all products.
Joining Spark Power
In 2018, Spark Power acquired Orbis Engineering. This allowed Spark Power to enter Western Canada. It also enabled Spark Power to expand on its capabilities of delivering high value, integrated power services to large energy consumers.
